In IT for the past 17 years, Frank Dernoncourt has been an Oracle DBA for 5 years, after supporting Oracle applications for many years. Right now, he is the only DBA for a French nuclear plant, in charge of all aspects of database administration.
In 2015, Frank decided to make the Oracle database the focus of his career. To that effect, he has attended and presented at several database events in Europe. Mike Dietrich has over twenty years experience in the information technology industry. Mr. Dietrich has spent the last seventeen years at Oracle Corporation where he has held senior and management roles in both the sales and support organizations. Currently, he is a Senior Principal Technologist in the Database Upgrade Development Group.
He is responsible for evangelizing, influencing and demonstrating Oracle technology solutions related to database upgrades, migrations and consolidation to Oracle customers and partners. Besides that he works consistently with customers in key reference projects, both onsite and remotely.

Gurcan Orhan is working as Enterprise DataWareHouse Architect at Ekol Logistics Corporation. Awarded Oracle Excellence Awards, Technologist of the Year 2011 : Enterprise Architect as well as ACE Director for Business Intelligence expertise. Experienced mostly on data warehouse architecture and ETL/ELT development. He has been working with database systems since 1994 and developed his first data warehouse in 2003 with Oracle 6i. He has used almost well known DBMS systems, modelling, ETL and BI tools, but experienced mainly on Oracle Data Integrator as a data integration tool. He’s one of the board member of TROUG (Turkish Oracle User Group) and Chairman of BI&DWH SIG as well as having membership in various Oracle User Groups worldwide.
Julian Dontcheff leads the Accenture Enkitec Group and the Oracle Technology Group for Accenture’s EALA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America). In this role, he is responsible for the Oracle Technology business, including Engineered Systems, encompassing sales, delivery, client satisfaction and profit/loss. Julian is also responsible for the complete Oracle portfolio in Finland, as Oracle Practice Lead for that country. Julian has more than 25 years of database experience. He was the first Oracle Certified Master in Europe, is currently an Oracle Certified Professional 8i-12c, and is an Oracle ACE Director. He has responsibility for 100+ clients worldwide. Julian is the approved spokesperson for Accenture on Oracle (e.g., video, magazine, interviews and blogs) and he authored the Accenture Technology Vision for Oracle.

Björn Rost is an Oracle ACE Director, and one of Pythian’s top Oracle experts. A popular presenter, Björn travels the world attending technology conferences, sharing insights, and learning with his wide network of peers. Björn also serves as president of IOUG’s RAC special interest group. He is always challenging himself, personally through physical activities including triathlons, and professionally through his ongoing quest to increase his knowledge of Oracle and other leading technologies.
Heli Helskyaho is the CEO for Miracle Finland Oy and an Ambassador for EOUC (EMEA Oracle Users Group Community). In 2015, and again in 2016, Heli was nominated as one of the top 100 influences on IT sector in Finland. Heli holds a Master’s degree (Computer Science) in Helsinki University and she is specialized on databases. At the moment she is working on her doctoral studies on schema discovery, big data and benchmarking.
Heli has been working on IT since 1990 and with Oracle products since 1993. She has been in
several positions but every role has always included database design. Heli believes that good
database design and good documentation reduces performance problems and makes solving them easier.
Heli is also an Oracle ACE Director and a frequent speaker in many conferences. She is the
author of Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler for Database Design Mastery (Oracle Press 2015), co-author of Real World SQL and PL/SQL: Advice from the Experts (Oracle Press 2016) and one of the first winners of Oracle Database Developer Choice Award, Devvy, on Database Design category in 2015.
Mahir M Quluzade has more than 10 years of experience on the Oracle Products. He is an Oracle ACE, Oracle Certified as OCE 12c Data Guard Administrator, OCP 11g/12c DBA, Oracle Certified Expert RAC 11g and Grid Infrastructure and OCE Database SQL working as Oracle DBADeveloper. He serves as a Board Member of Azerbaijan Oracle User Group – AZEROUG, also is also a member and speaker of Turkish Oracle User Group – TROUG. He is the co-author of some Oracle Technology Network (OTN) technical articles, also an author of OTech Magazine.
Jože Senegačnik has more than 20 years of experience in working with Oracle products. He began in 1988 with Oracle Database version 4 while working for the City of Ljubljana, where he had charge over the city’s municipal and geographic information systems.
More recently, he specialized in performance optimization, having developed his own tool set for monitoring performance and analyzing trace files. In addition to sharing his knowledge through conference talks, he is conducting technical seminars organized either by Oracle University or himself. He is very proud of two highly respected memberships: OakTable network in 2005 and Oracle ACE in 2009 and Oracle ACE Director in July 2010.
When not working with Oracle products he enjoys flying as private pilot (PPL(A) with night rating) with my Mooney M20E year 1966, call-sign G-ATOU. Prior Mooney he had an old Piper PA-28-140B Cherokoee, call sign D-EHFK and he has crossed almost all Europe with her.
Rubén Rodríguez has been working with Oracle products since getting his degree in Computer Science. Rubén is ADF Technical Lead and Cloud & Mobile Specialist in a Spanish Platinum Partner, avanttic where he is focusing on Oracle PaaS and Oracle Application Development Tools and Frameworks. A regular contributor to community.oracle.com, Rubén also maintains separate blogs in Spanish and English.
